  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are not applicable to final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom-made products.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

Production-Based Refund Policy

  • Many of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited batches.
  • If you wish to cancel or request a refund before your order enters production, which typically begins within 24 hours of your order being placed, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • However, once production has started, your item is already being created specifically for you — at this stage, it is not possible to cancel or refund the order, as each piece is tailored with intention.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@sippiebabe.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • Sippie Babe is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Processing Time for Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sippiebabe.store, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
